Market Intelligence Briefs

The Market Intelligence Briefs (MIB) are a series of executive briefing notes analyzing the market implications of environmental and social issues for the financial community in emerging markets. There is an increasing recognition that non-financial issues can be genuine business drivers and affect investment outcomes. In a globalized economy, such business drivers are continually evolving and becoming more complex, yet focused, analytical reviews of these trends are hard to come by - particularly for the financial sector. This is the motivation behind the MIB.

The MIB consists of two documents, The Brief, a two-page overview highlighting key trends and developments, and Facts & Figures, containing supporting data and analysis. Please contact us at MIB@ifc.org with your feedback and subscription inquiries.
