- The user understands that no claims, implicit or explicit, are made for the attached database and that any conclusions or inferences drawn from the data are wholly the responsibility of the user. No conclusions or inferences drawn from the data or accompanying materials should be attributed to the World Bank Group, its Board of Directors, its management, or any of its member countries without their express, written consent.
- The user agrees to protect the confidentiality of firms participating in the survey.
- Given inherent error margins associated with any single survey results, it is inappropriate to use the results from this survey for precise country rankings in any particular dimension of the investment climate or governance.
- The user understands that, while every effort has been made to harmonize regional findings, some differences and errors may persist, and each variable should be examined for consistency of response range.
