IFC Disclosure Policy

IFC's Policy on Disclosure of Information sets out the policy of the Corporation regarding the scope of information that it makes available to the public either as a routine matter or upon request.

IFC believes that transparency and accountability are fundamental to fulfilling its development mandate and to strengthening public trust in IFC and its clients. This Policy reaffirms and reflects IFC's commitment to enhance transparency about its activities and promote good governance.
