Other Corporate Governance Trainings

In addition to the main courses, CCGCP also participates in, organizes and delivers trainings to non-IFC staff, sometimes in collaboration with others, sometimes on our own. Audiences have included clients, institutes of directors, regulators, investors, business schools. The illustrative list of training classes in which CCGCP takes part is as follows:

  • Sustainability Learning Program (SLP) – CCGCP’s interventions at this multi-day training program over time have varied from formal presentations, to hands-on training on the website, to participation in case studies.
  • Induction Training – CCGCP offers a half-hour class on the IFC’s corporate governance methodology, which the organizers of the induction training program try to integrate with other elements of sustainability into a module of about an hour and a half.
  • Corporate Governance for Technical Assistance Providers and Business Development Officers – CCGCP conducts trainings for staff of TA projects and Business Development Officers. While this program draws from the materials developed for the IO trainings, it is customized to the needs of non-investment staff.
  • ACS Learning Program – CCGCP routinely conducts presentations and question-and-answer sessions for the ACS Learning Program organized by the HR Department.
