Biography

Mrs Reddy coordinates the finance functions of the Apollo Group at the apex level. Her myriad operational responsibilities include approving new initiatives and evaluating the performances of various units and departments of the Group. She also directs the functions of corporate planning & budgeting and internal audit.

In an era of rapidly evolving corporate governance, Mrs. Reddy handles the increasingly important task of managing relationships with stakeholders and investors. Raising capital whenever the need arises, in a manner that suits the best interests of all Apollo Group’s stakeholders, is another core responsibility of Mrs Reddy. Her strategic responsibilities include providing direction for building the Apollo Group into an integrated healthcare provider network.

Achievements:
Mrs Reddy spearheaded the first investment by a Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) into the healthcare sector in India. She also managed the restructuring of the Apollo Group - the merger of three companies and the de-merger of the hotel division.
