Ms. Nathalie Louat
Principal Financial Officer, IFC


Ms. Nathalie Louat is a Principal Financial Officer in the Structured Finance Group within IFC Finance Vice Presidency. Ms. Louat has five years experience with IFC’s Structured Finance Group, where she has completed multiple partial credit guarantee transactions and securitizations. She is particularly focused on high developmental impact areas, such as health and education, microfinance, environment finance and municipal finance.

Prior to joining IFC, Ms. Louat was with the Securitization Group at Credit Lyonnais in Paris which was in charge of the bank’s US$20 billion securitization program. Ms. Louat holds degrees from the French School of Statistics and Economics and from the Institute of actuarial studies. She is a member of the International Actuarial Association.
