Raising Awareness & Building Consensus

The Global Corporate Governance Forum facilitates networks of corporate governance leaders in developing and developed countries. As part of this initiative, the Forum supports public-private discussions to identify priorities and marshal support for corporate governance reform. This dialogue has led to a series of corporate governance papers. The Forum supports the country and regional Corporate Governance Roundtables that promote policy dialogue for reform implementation, taking the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance as a conceptual framework for discussion.
