 | Philip Armstrong is the Head of the Global Corporate Governance Forum. Philip is an internationally acknowledged expert on corporate governance and was the principal convener and main editor of the 2002 King Report on Corporate Governance for South Africa and headed the team which produced the Commonwealth Guidelines. A Corporate Secretary by profession, he has extensive private sector experience at a senior level.

 | Eugene Spiro is a Senior Projects Officer with principle responsibility for Asia. Prior to joining the Forum, Gene was Senior Program Officer at the Center for International Private Enterprise, where he was responsible for program development and management in the MENA and Africa regions. Earlier, Gene worked as a private banker at Coutts Bank (Switzerland), headed the EastWest Institute’s Budapest–based program on financial sector reform in Central and Eastern Europe, and held research positions at the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.

 | Marie-Laurence Guy is a Projects Officer for the Forum. She presently manages various projects and works on developing corporate governance reform tools to help implement corporate governance reform efforts. She is currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and she works on projects targeted at Southeast Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Marie-Laurence previously worked as a project manager in the Corporate Affairs Division of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the French Ministry of Finance, Economy and Industry.

 | Ghita Alderman is a Projects Coordinator at the Forum. Her primary focus at the Forum is to coordinate the implementation of reform efforts in Africa in cooperation with other international institutions and regional key players. Ghita also organizes the Corporate Governance Leadership Program, which the Forum offers to a selected region on a yearly basis. Prior to joining the Forum, Ms. Alderman was practicing international business law in Washington DC., focusing on privatization of state-owned businesses.

 | Marjorie Pavia is Program Officer at the Forum. Marjorie is charge of internal management for the whole team including budgeting and reporting. She also focuses on Forum's donor relationship and trust fund management. Before Marjorie joined the Forum, she has been working with IFC for eighteen years with various positions focusing on donor relations and business development.

 | Angelita Yacat is Program Assistant at the Forum. Angie supports the Forum's budget management and internal accounting processing. She also provides administrative support to Program Manager and the rest of the team. Angie joined the IFC in August 2004. She has 8 years of working experience in the World Bank Group. Prior to that, she worked as an accounting technician for the US Air Force Base in Washington, DC for more than 5 years. She worked as Administrative Assistant for Department of Labor and Empoyment, Philippines and a Bachelor of Science Business Administration graduate from University of the East, Philippines.

Harminder provides administrative and logistical support to enhance the work organization and effectiveness of the team; provides back-up support in maintaining Forum's website; disseminates publications and coordinates Forum events.
