Registration
The above given price is inclusive of (18%) VAT. Any increase in VAT (18%) as a result of a government decision will be reflected in the price.
The registration fee includes the attendance to all sessions, coffee breaks & lunches, welcome & closing cocktails, shuttle services between airport and the conference hotels on November 14th, shuttle services between the Conrad International Hotel and conference venue.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing by email, fax or mail to Conference Bureau. Cancellations and refunds will be handled according to the following conditions:
| Cancellations made | Refund arrangement |
| From 15 August 2007 to 1 October 2007 | 50% refund |
| From 1 October 2007 to 1 November 2007 | 25% refund |
| After 1 November 2007 | No refund |
*All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
