Mediating Corporate Governance Disputes? An International Experts Workshop

The Global Corporate Governance Forum is conducting exploratory work on how alternative dispute resolution mechanisms can contribute to solving corporate governance disputes and enforcing good practices. On February 12, 2007 an international experts' workshop entitled "Mediating Corporate Governance Disputes?" was held in Paris to discuss this topic. Over 20 experts and professionals from around the world exchanged best practices and discussed the relevance of using alternative dispute resolution techniques in the board room and third party mediation to avoid lengthy and costly litigations in court.
