The Forum’s Lessons Learned and Private Sector Opinion series are now available on CDs. For Lessons Learned series CD, it includes our Lessons Learned publications dated from October, 2007 to December, 2009 including 12 articles on topics such as the Forum’s experiences of leveraging its private sector advisors to advance corporate governance globally and helping build local institutional capacity of Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. The Private Sector Opinion series CD includes 16 issues drawing opinions from corporate governance experts such as best practices of dealing with non-controlling shareholders and concrete methods to improve the effectiveness of boards of directors in the context of the current financial crisis.
