Registration & Credential Claiming
The registration desk will be located at the entrance of the Conference Venue (Sabanci University - Faculty of Management Building). Only registrants who have received conference credentials, including the official conference badge, will be allowed to enter the venue.
The registration fee includes attendance to all sessions, coffee breaks & lunches, welcome & closing cocktails, shuttle services between airport and conference hotels on November 14th, shuttle services between Conrad International Hotel and conference venue.

Transportation
Conference shuttle service will be available from Ataturk Airport to the Conrad Hilton Hotel and Sabanci University Hotel. On November 14th, the shuttle service will be available from 13:00 until 20:00. On November 15th, the shuttle service will be available from 08:00 until 20:00.
From Sabiha Gokcen Airport, shuttle service will be available on November 14th from 13:00 until 20:00.

Traveling Around Istanbul
During weekdays, you can encounter heavy traffic around Istanbul. As a result, you can expect to spend 45 minutes to 1.5 hours on the road traveling between Conrad Hilton Hotel and Sabanci University. During weekends, you can encounter light traffic and expect to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour on the road to reach the conference site.
Visa Requirements
Turkey demands an official entry visa from citizens of several countries.

However, it is recommended to consult with the nearest Turkish Mission on visa requirements for your visit to Turkey. The minimum validity of the passport is six months.

The Organizing Committee may send a Letter of Invitation to those who require it for visas or other necessary procedures. This letter aims to assist participants for their attendance to the conference and does not imply any commitment for the organizers to provide any financial support. Letters of Invitation will only be prepared for those who have registered and completed their payments.
