No, the Forum is not a membership organization. It is a multi-donor trust funded IFC facility hosted by the joint IFC-WB Corporate Governance Department, in Washington D.C. The Forum is also funded by the governments of Canada, France, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland.
