Accommodation

The Conference Bureau - VISITUR has already made reservations at the Sabanci University Campus Hotel and Conrad International Hotel.  Participants are kindly requested to make their room reservations well in advance to benefit from the special conference accommodation arrangements.

Sabanci Campus Hotel - located in the Sabanci University Campus.

Conrad International Hotel - located 30 - 45 minutes from the Sabanci University Campus.

A reservation will only be considered when the payment of one night deposit is sent to the Conference Bureau.

Cancellation Policy and Terms for Processing Refund

Cancellations made	Refund arrangement
From 15 August 2007 to 1 October 2007	50% refund
From 1 October 2007 to 1 November 2007	25% refund
After 1 November 2007	No refund

The balance of payment should be settled no later than October 31st, 2007. The Conference Bureau reserves the right to release the rooms whose balance payments are not received by this date

All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Official check-in time at both hotels is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours.

In the event of non-arrival due to any reason, the room will be released and payment will not be refunded. If you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates indicated on your reservation room, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
