CG code conference and workshop, January 14-16, 2009
Together with the Ministry of Economic Development, the Global Corporate Governance Forum, USAID, IFC organized significant event on corporate governance issues in the region. This event was split into (1) a workshop bringing together government agencies and task forces from the region (Central Asia and Georgia) to discuss and promote the development of CG codes; and (2) a public conference providing a forum for the discussion of the Azerbaijani CG code draft with local companies, government agencies and other stakeholders.
